oh my gawd!!!~ i've just watched Fight Back to School 2... awhile ago!!!~ it's freaking hilarious man!!!~ i soooo wuv chow sing chi!!!~ aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh honestly... i think of all the movies he acted in... past till present... the most 'yeng' movie is this... both... because he's in the SDU squad and HE KNOWS KUNG FU not that he doesn't know kungfu in other movies but in this... he looked awesomely 'yeng' with the SDU uniform machine guns grenades and everything... like wah laaaaaau wooooooommpppphhhhh... he blew me off my sofa man!!!~ okay that may sound a teensy overly exegeratted sort of... well anyhoo... stephen chow still rocks!!!~
oh yeah ling... u know 'tong pak fu'? i forgot to tell u i watched it when i was in the bus back from johor... during the journey they played it... but only the first hour cos theirs was vcd so i guessed the bus driver assumed no one was watching hence after the first hour after the disc ended he did not put the second one in... =*( damn terrible lah... i was watching and laughing hysterically... not to mention alone cos the rest of the passengers were sleeping... plus i was seated all the way at the end of the bus... so faraway squinting my already 4-eyes trying to make up what it was showing... boooooooooo

i'll be having my first lecture tomorrow morning at 10am... international marketing... followed by comparative business management all the way till 2ppm... *i shudder with fear* it is the same lecturer who taught me critical issues in org & mgt last semester and i did the worst in it with the highest failing rate... not good not good... but then again not that i have any other choices since i'll be majoring in IBM (international business managment)
oh well... for lingy who understands... i've just watched chow sing chi's old movie... way back in 1991... fight back to school... DAMN HILARIOUS, CAN??? like oh gossssh i laugh so hard that i myself felt a little teensy embarassed... afterall i am a girl... or should i say a young lady now... soon to be old lady in 2 months time... oh gossssh... chow sing sing was his name in the movie!!!~ stephen chow u ROCK!!!~ please come to malaysia so i can meet u!!!~

The saddest thing... Monday, February 20, 2006
i cannot play the piano anymore... my skills are all rusted!!!~ sobs *breaks down* had no classes today... according to my new time table i had only 3 days of classes a week... which in a way is good cos i get mondays and fridays off which means to say i've got 4 days off in a week... sad thing is... the timing for all subjects sucks... long breaks in between and one of the days... classes till 6 in the evening... which mean again to say... by the time i arrive home it'll be way past 7 or could be 8 depending on the traffic...
since today's a monday... i ain't got classes... woke up at 8.30 by sis to send her to her friend's place for orientation week... my see how fast time passes... she's in college now... and i'm old and wrinkly... in 2 months time... i'll turn 22... which adds up another year of aging... baaaaahh... anyhoo my point is... since i've got nothing to do... or in denial actually cos i am supposed to finish my research questionnaires way before the semester break ended... till now it's still partially done... bad... am procrastinating... today not planning to do anything at all... while rotting in front of the comp... having nothing to do cos' afterall everyone's classes started... those who has classes aren't online... those who hasn't is away on part time jobs, job hunting and series marathon-ing... which left me solely dwelling on my own boredom
soon in the mid of rotting... it hit me that i've not touch my old' dusty cobwebbed by now piano standing silently in one corner of my hallway... being so lonely and depressed covered with at least a thick inch of dust... i went down the stairs... stared at it and decided to give it a try... afterall i felt a pang of guilt for not playing it since the past 2 or 3 years... and man was i soooo disappointed that now i could not even finish a single piece smoothly... my fingers are hard on the piano... my skills are rusted... baaaaahh (again)... the pieces that i once mastered and ever-so-proudly to show it off no longer is... i can NO LONGER play the piano smoothly without making 3/4 of the piece with mistakes... wrong notes... slow in reading the notes... countings are all off... fingerings are all wrong... *sobs* i hate myself at times like these... i can't even entertain myself now with music
back to the comp now... as u can see... or not i wouldn't have been blogging right now... i am determined from now on to practice my piano at least twice a week if not once to master back my old pieces that i was once proud of... gambatte yooooosssssssh!!!~

have been lazing the entire day... hadn't had enough of my beauty sleep eversince i was away... and last night... i conked out at 11.30pm woke up exactly 12hours later today... yet again i was way too tired to stay awake throughout the day... i ended up snoozing again at late 2pm until mom woke me up for an early dinner at 5.30pm of curry chicken stuffed in bun... which my 5th aunt had brought back all the way from ipoh compliments from my granny...
it was good i tell ya... i've never seen one like it before... and when mom told me... i expected it to be much smaller in size and only meant to be eaten for one...

Paintball-ing is G.R.E.A.T!!!~ Saturday, February 18, 2006
like FINALLY i played and get a feel of paintball-ing!!!~ i had always thought of playing but NEVER did once planned to organize nor make any effort in recruiting people... so the plan lags till now... finally... like finally... i got to play!!!~ paintball was fun... but didn't know there were rules to it... like... safety zone... no shooting... listen to ur marshals... retrieve ur flags once u managed to shoot the 2 bottles on ur opponent's side... once kena shot... live up ur hands to surrender... run back to ur base... and then back onto the war ground... if kena shot still not surendering it will be disqualified and a point will be given to the opponent... rules were briefed before the game begins... so...
there were 17 of us... so it was spilted equally on each team except for one team with an extra person... there were 3 terrains... flat grassy ground... slippery muddy hill slope... flat sandy ground... each terrain contained a flag on the edge closed to the safety zone border where no one was allowed to cross borders over to the opponent's base... in summary... i was shot on the face... on the body... fell off the slope cos i stupidly ran down and tried to halt... once i did i fell flat like an idiot... believe me yah... if u were at the end of the slope... try not to get shot because running back to the base... as u needed to surrender is very very tiring moreover if u're a person who does no exercise but a potato couch... like me... u'll suffer big time... however... sometimes when the paintballs hit it does not break... u can't see the paint... some of us just far too lazy to run back to the base... hence continued playing on the shooting ground without returning to the base and back... cheating... but yeah... no one gets caught so far... haha...
anyhoo... to call it a day... team A... i'm on that team WON... by how many?? 5-nil!!~ can u believe how great our shooting skills were? not i... as u presume cos so far i only managed to hit someone's head *gasp* and the rest of my bullets went onto the ground... yes i am that bad... i'm a newbie what else can i say?? after the game rested awhile at the cafe there... then headed to have late lunch at sunway ming tien... and headed home much later in the evening
managed to upload only 2 pics... the rest i've gotta collect from other mates first
anyhoo... here are the players... the attires aren't cool looking... was expecting to be in army suits somehwhat... but...

I am back from vacation-ing!!!~ Friday, February 17, 2006
i'm back!!!~ i'm back!!!~ i'm back!!!~ vacation-ing is fun!!!~ though a little guilty cos' my classes started this week but instead i was out on a holiday... but then again... it's only on the introductory side plus i've yet to choose my final sem's subject so all will be done on monday!!!~ anyhoo.... updates!!!~
14/02/06~17/02/06
1st plan: langkawi, 2nd plan: penang, 3rd plan: penang & genting, No. of days: 3 days 2 nights, Transportation:lrt-star-bus, Accomodation: tanjung bungah beach hotel, No. of people: 6 - yoong, jin, me, alex, shawn, gene
the night before... alex did some research on penang and did not sleep till 3.30 in the morning... poor guy was surfing through the net for the hotel rates and its contact numbers because most sites do not provide the hotel's contact... next day... alex called mua and inform the rates of the hotels that he had check out and we agreed on bunking in tanjung bungah hotel... so our mind was set to penang!!!~ no transport nor hotel bookings were done, was planning to arrive there and then to purchase tix and get a room upon arriving... met at taman bahagia lrt station at 2pm... bought lrt tix to masjid jamek to transit to star to pudu raya to take the bus... journey in the lrt... was talking... somehow the topic detoured to somewhat visit singapore instead... on how we could bunk over at johor... yadda yadda... final plan was ---> Place: johor-singapore-johor, No. of days: 4 days 3 nights, Tansportation: lrt & bus, Accomodation: johor - yoong's aunt's place, singapore - unsure, No. of people: 3 - yoong, alex, me ... the rest backout... reasons? jin - job interviews, shawn - needed to get some stuff done at the same time cashless as well, gene - part time work started... bah u guys are evil
since there's a change in plan, everyone's gotta head back home to get their passport... alex sent me home to collect mine, when everything's done... arrived pudu station at 5pm... purchased the tix for the 5.30 departure instead the bus was late... we waited for an hour and half to 7pm... purchased 12 donuts to go for our journey to johor... arrived at yoong's aunt's place approx 11pm... her cousin picked us up... head to mamak... arrived home at 12 in the morning... yoong and i... slept at the airconditioned room... while alex was chucked downstairs in a room w/out aircon only a standfan and a washing machine...
day 2
woke up in the morning... head down to singapore!!!~ singapore roars!!!~ took a bus from johor to singapore at a cheap fare of RM2.40... arrived singapore approx noon time... and the first thing we had cos we were practically starving was mcDs... presenting the all new fan-tastic burger... rice replacing buns with beef/slices or chicken patty

it was really good i tell ya!!!~ so good... so good!!!~ we were wondering aimlessly at orchard really... cos by the time we went in and out of shops it was about mid-noon... couldn't really do much... cos 1 - we were somehow lost in singapore, 2 - we were having some problems getting to orchard, 3 - we were worried over our accomodation then... so we hung around... did minor shopping... didn't get to buy much stuffs afterall with me is only S$64.90, yes i know it wasn't enough but i am really short of cash... i've managed to get my localbrand tee though!!!~

couldn't buy much with the leftover cash... hence i indulge myself with food... met alex at orchard burger king for brunch... and can u just count the amount of chilli sauce he alone ate to drench his fries?

afterall what can i do with the remaining cash? not like i could purchase anything... why not indulge in food which couldn't be found in back here?
from the top left to bottom right---> new zealand ice cream - S$2 for two big scoops of any flavours - taking the advantage of the promo period between 12pm-1pm - compliments from alex, 7-11 fresh brewed chocolate/cappucino/mocha - i had mocha topping it with cocoa powder... they have free marshmellow toppings in 2 variants - choc/vanilla but i couldn't have any cos they ran out of it, some fluffy jap pancake with peanut - 90cents at takashimaya, tako pachi - japanese octopus balls... which can be found in m'sia BUT the octopus that they used is different than here, hence its a must to try, lastly some mexican stick thingy... which its a new thingy from 7-11... some beefy hot jalepeno or somewhat... i could be wrong in naming it though
for the rest of the day... we were alex's fashion consultant from getting working clothes to getting outing clothes... i makan whole day while following that two fella doing major shopping spree... which btw singapore now is having some kinda sales...
headed home around 8.30pm... arrived johor approx 10.30pm... yoong's cousin came back... so this time... we've gotta sleep in the living hall... which was fine to me cos its fully equipted with airconditioning... slept then waken up by that 2 monkey's drinking milo and eating biscuits late at night... woke up had 2 persimmons catched 'big mama 2' with them for a very short while... conked out... alex conked out... yoong conked out... no one finished the movie...
day 4
had breakfast in some coffee shop... caught the earliest bus but the suckiest one cos it was then available... had the worst seats on earth - the back rows fitted right for 3 person... jumped off the bus at kl monorail which we weren't supposed to but oh-what-the-heck... afterall we do things spontaneously... i rather drop off at some station that i know of rather than to go all the way back to pudu station then figure the way to the star line then drop of to hop into the lrt... anyways arrived home at 5 in the evening just in time to get ready and all for 7.30 pre-wedding dinner of my mom's closest friend's daughter
in summary ---> the vacation was great!!!~

mehehehhehee... all the food in takashimaya is sooo tempting okay... if i've got more sg dollars i would've try to have every bits of it

regretted not trying - ja jang mean (korean black noodles), chilli crab curry puff, some cheese thingy, more crispy crunchy sausage, 'fish food' flavour from ben&jerry's, british take away food such as the beef with fries or some sasauge in some stuff...

ahhh... the 15th day of chinese new year!!!~ it'll soon be over in half an hour's time and after today... will have to wait for another 365days before the next one... i'm missing chinese new year already... anyways i've came across baboon's blog... and found it pretty interesting to state down what we did from the first day of chinese new year till the 15th day... so hehe... am gonna curi that idea and well state down what have i been doing during that period... so here goes
presenting you... "what have i been doing for the whole of chinese new year!!!`" it will be novelled out... be prepare... get some popcorns ready... thick reading glasses... sit back and well relax!!!~
Eve of Chinese New Year
reunion dinner at my granny's place... ss4... had steamboat this year... just like every other year... the only difference this year was the dishes... granny had added in slices of abalone and some lobser+corn+prawn+crab somewhat balls... which doesn't taste that all good to what seems the combination to be... no one really stayed up till midnight for countdown... i did... in front of the comp... with sis... while my parents... they couldn't take it and fell asleep
1st day of cny
woke up earlier than usual... or so it seems... think it's around 9-ish in the morning? normally i wake up late 11 or noon time during my hols... but because it's cny... u don't get angpows if u wake up late ya know... off we visited granny's place at ss4... waited for extended relatives to drop by... collected more angpows
2nd day of cny
went back to my mom's hometown - ipoh... visited my grampa & gramma... had reunion dinner at a new found restaurant as compared to the past which was only at Tuck Kee Restaurant... first time ever had abalone yu sang!!!~
3rd day of cny
mainly stayed at home...
4th day of cny
played mahjong with cousins... won 4bux+ in cash... thanks also to the cockroach who flew onto my legs while mahjong session was on
5th day of cny
dad's birthday... during noon went over to bonnie's place for short gambling session won approx 4bux plus... later the night dropped by michelle's place for a 2nd session of gambling lost approx 6bux in total
6th day of cny
met up with sue ngee and wai yee for dinner+yum cha session at yippee cup ss2... throughout the day haven't got much to do
8th day of cny
visited yoong awhile... collected angpow... dropped by eunee's place to collect another... then landed at shaun's place... was to gamble but ended up watching 'enemy of the state' instead
10th day of cny
had yum cha session with michelle and bonnie over at kayu's
12th day of cny
shopping at midvalley with yoong then off to jin's place to 'bai nin'
13th day of cny
hopped over at yoong's place for a mahjong session... from 2pm till late 7.30pm... won 8bux
15th day of cny
which is today... hadn't been doing much... had dinner at Delicious Kitchen
i know i know it wasn't exactly a novel-ed post... haha oh well!!!~ this chinese new year has been so fun... just can't wait for the next =) and now... i shall shed some kilos to get back in shape

i've changed my blog skin A-G-A-I-N... yes shy to say but yeah... because gorrilla yoong said my previous skin looked too childish for public to view at... well come to think of it... it is kinda with the colours and rockets and some stars or somewhat... so uhm... i soon realised i'm no longer at the kiddy stage nor at those teeny boppers stages so... oh well...
so since jin has taught me how to play with the links... darn easy... sheessssssh konon-nya lazy to explain... must annoyed them to the stage where they could not take it anymore with my persisting bugginess only will they teach me... so yup... i've changed a couple of skins... but found this the best so far... too colourful i don't want it... too dark... also don't want... so after several attempts of going through explodingdog's archieve ---> this is tze best!!!~ plain white with not-too-overboard-coloured pictures... simple and nice... great yea?!~ oohhhh i love me taste!!!~

mahjong from 2pm to 7.30pm STRAIGHT... that's utter madness i tell ya!!!~ however... again... the first session before baboonee joined in... i won 1bug... BUT that was the wrong way of calculating... wrong in points calculation, wrong in dice throwing, wrong in taking tiles, wrong in tile direction, wrong in flower counting, wrong in 'eating' EVERYTHING'S JUST PLAIN WRONG... so like... thank gawd baboonee dropped by AND... taught us the right way in everything... and i won 3 times consecutively with one game winning the most 6bux plus!!!~ meehehehehehehehehehehe... because of me winning straight... we've gotta switch places to change feng shui... likeee geeeezzzzz could've win more... but nevermind... for the day's collection total winnings 8 BUX and 20 CENTS... or so... don't really remember how many cents... but who cares when dollars are the one which worths more

bugged yoong to shop with me today... where to? midvalley where else can i go? but the same old malls every now and then... i sooooo wanna get that levi's jeans... soo gonna get that before the weekend ends... was thinking if it is worth investing my angpow money on it... should i? or should i not? anyways... wasn't really in the mood during the first half day due to somewhat probs... so well... u know when someone's down they could either eat alot or buy stuffs aimlessly... as for me... normally i'll do both but cos' kimgary's a freaking extortion place to go to for lunch i ended up ordering only french toast such a sinful dish... moreover i am in a diet program... and ice horlick... which cost me a bombastic RM7++ can u believe it?? what freaking food have i taken but bread spreaded with peanut butter dipped into eggs... 1 loaf of bread = RM1.90, 12 Eggs = RM3.60 or less cos thats for the TPC eggs i'm sure they use ordinary eggs, no?... peanut butter = approx RM5.90 or so and horlick... one big tim... approx RM11... see lah... they sell one glass of horlicks RM2.80 they only needed to sell 4 glasses to cover up the cost man...
baaaaaah... so still wasn't in the mood... hence planned to catch a movie... 'fearless' great movie... pretty touching... i teared actually... so after puchasing the tix there was left before the start of the movie... went walking around... and ended at rest&relax... got me a baby pink t-back tee... thats' so not me... pink wor... moreover its BABY pink... cos well... when a person's down they just don't seem to care... so i purchased it... after movie when i was about to leave home... i had a call... hehehee... and well it seems much better after that... things had gotten sooooo better... then off to mahjong at yoong's place... shangrong dropped by to join in awhile... won 3 rounds consecutively... man that fella must've cheated somewhat!!!~ that fella... came back from aust 2 weeks ago pun never inform about it... if it weren't for shaun NOBODY knew!!!~

afternoon darn hot... been lazing alot before classes resume next week... woke up by my cousin who came over to transfer songs into her mp3... so basically my entire afternoon was gone to waste by bumming around having nothing to do... instead... i went hibernating since 3pm to 5pm... suck lah... such a bad thing to do...
had dinner at kayu with miche and bonnie... since according to them i ffk them alot of times as we were supposed to meet up right after our exams back in december... then early january... postponed all the way to today... haha... and when is our classes starting? this coming monday... what is this man...

I AM SOOOOO FREAKING BORED!!!~ WHY IS EVERYONE AWAY IF NOT BUSY ON THE LAST WEEK OF MY HOLS BEFORE MY RESULTS OUT ON MONDAY?!!!~ WHY ARE U GUYS DOING THIS TO ME???? at least lah entertain me or grab me out of the house and have some fun before feeling all so shitty on monday!!!~
anyhoo... i was checking on my emails... and have realised all in all i've got a total of 5 email addresses which only 1 by all means is active... while the others' are now bombarded with spams and also long ago mails by some of my friends... be it forwarded or proper mails... so i ran thru both my hotmails... both my yahoo and only i remembered i've got a gmail... which i have not checked since last year... shy to say... there were people who mailed to that address and it was back dated all the way to 24th sept 2005... shy lah... moreover it was a proper mail not those forwarded stuffs... and i didn't know about notice till now... sorry grace san!!!~
apart from that... i've also found out that fyee has sent me pictures on Harrods... while she's in UK... so am gonna share some here... u know... chocolates are the most wonderful things one has ever created...
i think the pictures are kinda kelam kabut... but anyways...

was supposed to be at mui yie's place at 2pm today... but switched to shaun's place at 3pm since mui yie needed to have lunch with her boss...

so bummed over at shaun's place... instead of gambling we watched 'enemy of state' till 4.30pm... what is this man... go people's house just to watch astro... it had been eons since i last seen all of them... tracy, shaun, nicholas, mui yie... ohhh how much we've grown... oh how fast time passes...

tomorrow shall be yet another sien day... boring monday... where everyone i knew will be away... exams, sick, out of town... sien ar wei......... gambled too much past few days... suddenly having nothing to do seems so 'mo liu'

Threading brows!!!~ Saturday, February 04, 2006
jin and yoong came over to my place to 'bai nin'... stayed awhile then move on to taylors area cos' jin found a threading eyebrow shop located around there... it took us quite some time before we found the shop because No.1 she did not know taylors was categorized into - taylors college AND taylors business school No.2 she only knew that the shop was opposite taylors but did not asked what shop it was in between with No.3 she kept turning into the wrong lanes No.4 she wasn't sure of the route to the tbs area and No.5 of all the things above most importantly... she did not save the shop's number into her mobile phone hence we can't contact to enquire... so pandai kan?
so anyways... the waiting in que was long... but when it was her turn it was done in about 5-8minutes... fast and good... since her it seems more refined than before not that hers was that horrible like she put it - bushy and messy... it was alright... even my mom said so... don't know what she sees in her brows... so basically they trimmed a little and did the threading thingy... the shape's still there just in a more refined matter... for 8bux it is very worthwhile...
later after that... dropped by summit awhile to get some stuffs... and got home around 2pm... tomorrow 'bai nin' at mui yie's place!!!~ yipppeeeeeeeeeee

Dad's birthday... Angpows... Gambling... Winning... Losing... Friday, February 03, 2006
dad's birthday today!!!~ actually it was yesterday since its past midnight!!!~ celebrated at Marche!!! this time around i've finally tried their ice-cream!!!~ imported from i don't remember where... swiss maybe... it was fantabulous i tell u... smooth and just so syiok!!!~ hehe
just got back from miche's house not too long ago... today was nothing else but gambling... went to miche's place to 'bai nin' first... stayed awhile then headed together to bonnie's place to 'bai nin'... arrived around 2-ish... and all her friends wasn't there yet... only one person... so instead of playing cards... they taught me how to play 'gimranmi' (however u spell that) i was slow as usual...taking ages to digest... then 15mins later the crowd begin to pour in... guessed what? they're mostly from HELP... cos she was from HMC then... and curry kiet's friend was one of them... quite surprising too... yoongy poops... yenn fai & yenn wai came too... but i left before they arrived they were the latest... most of them were from CSU only 4 of us from UEL... some were on the cards, some were mahjong-ing while some others who arrived much later hangs around...
played blackjack... and was winning okay... i WAS WINNING BIG!!!!~ LIKE REAL BIG!!!~ that poor banker... he was repaying everyone on the table as most of us were winning... initially there were 8 of us... i was winning big... and was raising my bets... then later another joined in... i was losing and winning again... but still winning more than losing... till one girl joined in... i began to lose... not only i... everyone on the table started losing... the banker was regaining his capital i tell ya... eversince she stated playing... my cards were horrible... never once my cards exceeded 21 until she started to play... she's the lucky charm for the banker... much later too many people joined in... we switched to the 'three-card-game' (don't know what it was called... its like 10+2+6 = total 8 points) too many people not good for the banker... was equally losing and winning... but wasn't syiok anymore... so swithed to poker... didn't play cos' don't know how to... left bonnie's place around 4.50pm to rush back subang for dad's dinner
after dinner dad send mua to miche's place... gambled again!!!~ hehehe... played 3 person mahjong for a short period then switched to 'in-between' when more people poured in... initially the pool started with 50cents each... only 4 of us... winnings was very very small like 20cents 10cents cos playing safe still fresh to the game... when more people came in... the pool began to grow to RM3.50 still 50cents each... but then greed got onto us... and the cards was very and i really mean VERY unlucky... like i have cards between 3 and J... i've gotten a 2 okay... not just i but everyone elses on the table... everyone was losing their bets... from initial 3.50 in the pool it grew to 400-500bux... cos everyone's losing... so the bets in pool began to grow... it was THAT unlucky... it grew so much was partially because of the 2 guys who kept betting big... like 50bux or the total amount then in the pool... each time a card opens seriously gives heart attack loh... cos like... u bet 50bux... for between 2 and J... ur 50bux's gone if u get below 2 or after J cards... worst of all if the card u open is a 2 or a J u'll have to double up ur bet which means u've gotta pay 100bux to the pool instead... imagined u bet the whole lump sum in the pool 400-500bux... once doubled up pokai crap man!!!
much later we switched dealer for a change and winnings begin... hehe so the entire sum of 400-500bux was gone... we started blackjack right after... no luck lah... was losing... *pouts* should've betted more in the afternoon then can cover up my lost during the night!!!~ miche's friend was to send me home... but happened that miche's brother was drunk in some pub in pyramid and that i've lost my capital not planning to continue while her friend was still very much into the game... don't think he's gonna end anytime sooner... i followed her back instead... her brother sent me home after he dropped her off to retrieve her other drunk brother and his car... so tired lah today... and i can't sleep yet cos' my hair's not dry... i so need a hairdryer though it'll damage my hair... but it does good at times like these

got back from ipoh today... arrived home around 3pm... was stucked in traffic for a short period however at most times it went smoothly... it rained awhile on the way... drizzle... heavy... dry... sunny... cloudy... rainy again...
back to ipoh was great... seeing my grandparents... cousins... uncles... aunties... and extended cousins... angpau collection was great... eating like nobody's business... stomach's never hungry... mahjongs... blackjacks... play station... etc etc etc...
it has always been great to spend chinese new year in ipoh... where all family members gathered and eat ur heart out, enjoyed and relaxed!!!~ 'lou sang' was the best... this year... we've got abalone 'lou sang' which was err... i don't know doesn't really taste much different after u mixed it all up... and of course how much can u taste when it was cut into strips!!!~ but again... it was different than all the previous years with only salmon fish or 'sang yu' (some kinda fish)... i had abalone and some "lobster+corn" balls (which tasted pretty sucky) for steamboat too during the reunion dinner at ss4... alot of new dishes has been added into this year's menu ^_^
last night's mahjong... i won RM4.70!!!~~ yippeeeee... once i won... i win alot of times consecutively... without my 5th aunt there as one of the kaki... tiger and rat doesn't go well this year!!!~ hehe or so it seems in the game of mahjong!!!~ once she left the game... i won 3 times consecutively!!!~ 'keng' or not i??? haha... ohh... and probably was the luck given by a cockroach too... cos i was winning... then out of a sudden a bug landed on my leg... i screamed and shoved it away only to find out it was a humongous cockroach... luck lah... i won lots after that... not immediately but later afterawhile... the best winnings was RM2.10... each player gave me 70cents each... if only per card wasn't 10cents i could've won much more... but then again... play small lose small... and besides... i'm playing with my cousins who are all stingy poker so what can i do? hehe... nevertheless it was the most 'gan cheung' game ever so far with my cousins... cos it has been 2-3 years since we last gamble during chinese new years =)
i miss lion dances and fire crackers... have not came across one now... lion dance might have hope in these few more days... but fire crackers... i doubt it... cos' it was let mostly on the first day of chinese new year... and since it was banned... even harder to find one...
