to the first match of quarter finals!!!~ *wooooooot wooooot* how time flies... a blink and it's the quarters already... what will i be doing without footie?~ danggit no more excuse to not doing something productive this break!!!~ i will land myself a job after footie... i must... couldn't be slaving off on allowances to survive... sides' i've got a plan ahead of me that i needed to achieve... that would be my motivation to get a job!!!~

days without footie is like... mun without a life... wahahahahaahaa... okay footie's crossing the line now...

soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo i haven't got used to not watching football because i have been watching at least one match per day... eventhough i don't quite like those countries playing but still... i would go through past the first half of the game only then decided not to carry on with the second half... or unless the match is real freakin boring... i will click to watch for 5 minutes and off i go

ZARA had their first day of sales in 1U... tried on a few pieces... the que was mad i tell ya some more with mad people like the mother and daugther que-ing in front of me... they were crazy enough to grab so many clothes... AND as u know it is limited to 5 pieces per person... after every 5 pieces they went back to the end of the que and waited to enter the fitting room again... madness i tell u!!!~ madness... see what sales become of us??? wasted time... wasted money... irrational... madness overempowering... and... most beautiful pieces are STILL as expensive after being discounted... so what's the purpose of having sales in the first place? ... to discard old/obsolete/faulty clothes?... either that or... to make people like me feel happier buying bargained items... hehehee... instead of paying SO much u only need to pay THIS much... like i overheard this 2 friends while going through some pieces... one of them was saying to the other that she had just bought that piece 2 weeks ago... and now... it's discounted... now now doesn't that makes u feel happier if u so badly wanted to purchase the same item???

muahahahahhaa... oh the little pleasures sales gives us... okay i DO admit i love sales badly that is because if u really make an effort and acquire great patience u WILL get something good and value for money out of it... doesn't matter if they don't have a new piece from the store... so long as u like it... so long as u want it... so long as u will not be able to sleep if u don't purchase it... so long as u know u'll regret not doing so... so long as u look abosolutely drop dead gorgeous in it... so long as the discounted price is reasonable... or even if it is not but it has already been discounted... BUY IT!!!~ PURCHASE IT!!!~ GET IT!!!~

if u don't... u'll end up like me... the white skirt that i want from Forever 21 is no longer there... how sad is that?!!!!~ i will have sleepless night tonight... =(

Long night... Long day

dinner + drinking session at foong's place last night till the early morning... where she herself puts her entire time and effort to cook us dinner... for a person who does no cooking at all... does great job for this one... i shall work harder to keep up in my cooking... what i can do is fry/boil eggs, maggi mee, fry sausages, 3 in 1 pasta and salad... yeah i know... kinda sad huh for a person who has live 22 years of age and still does not much cooking...

bestest dish for the night was 'Haggis' traditional scottish dish which goes real well with the potatos and the chocolate brownies which she baked herself too *bravo bravo* i had quite alot of those.............. with ice-cream............... throughout the night...................... *measuring the inches on my waistline* *gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasp* *smacks forehead* and i took home one slice for my granny to try out... she loves it =) foong i'm so proud of u lah!!!~ oh oh and of course... it couldn't be called a drinking session without this sexy!!!~

the plan to get drunk and get hangovers foiled cos' many needed to work the next day... and i'm a strong drinker i would not fall easily... meheheheheheehehehe (in denial... i drank abit only lah...)

stayed over at granny's... couldn't sleep well last night... headache... lips cracked... ulcers... lack of water and many late night sleeps i guess... wanted to watch the 3am match... but couldn't make it cos body + mind's real tired... severe headache so skipped the match... tried sleeping in my former room... bed too hard... went and slept on thec couch at the hallway... thought i could fall asleep there since it's much more comfy and soft cushion... but my neck wasn't exactly in its comfort position... ended up sleeping back in my own bedroom

shopping spree today was to meet up with jo cos' she's leaving to brunei in a few days time... wanted to get her an early present... so yoong followed me to sg wang earlier to get her gift and then meet up with her later at 1pm... about late 11 to 12+ jo called and was crying over the phone... told me she couldn't make it and had to fly back to kuching as soon to attend to her granny whom past away... my deepest condolences to jo and her family...

instead... yoong and i shopped whole day... as usual i'm the one who initiated the shopping spree... end up not getting at all or little out of it... while others made the most out of it... annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnddddddddd.................... eversince my last event job...

I'M STILL UNEMPLOYED, CASHLESS and BROKE

watched footie at Asia Cafe!!!~ italy vr. australia the match wasn't as great as i expected it to be... and it moves along kinda slow... but who cares when italy's able to get into the quarters wahahaahahahahahaha... tooti is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo utterly drop-dead-gorgeous macho macho handsome man... sigh... the kick which led them winning... aaaaahhhhhhhh... *i'm on cloud nine* though i hate saying this but i don't think they're able to get any further near the semis... oh well... we shall see then... no one's able to predict anything... the ball's round afterall

shall go sleep now... haven't been sleeping much these days... meantime... this is how Asia Cafe looked like... hehe... it's kinda dark... my cam phone produce uglee pics...

finally watched it today... yeah i know i know i'm a teensy bit on the late side... but oh what the heck when u can watch a movie which u long to watch for FREE!!!~ yes F.R.E.E!!!~ hahahaa... was to watch it way earlier when it was out... because of busy schedules, exams... yadda yadda... bla bla... it was postponed to well recently AND... while checking on gsc to reserve tix... it was shown on the website that they were having their 1st anniversary celebration 1U's branch... see how time flies... it is already a year... 2-3 weeks ago... 1U's billabong had their 1st anniversary RIGHT IN FRONT of the place i was working... and were giving out freakin' fantastic goodies worth at most 500bux... and all i can do was to sob at my stand and see others gaining out of it...

oh well... it's so over not gonna dwell over it... back to my main topic... we were greedy and redeemed 10 tix of the same movie... there were several flicks showing but they were smart enough to put it all at the same time... managed to not waste any tix... the movie was great... though i yawned several times... and it was darn cold in the cinema... which by the way the screening was at 10.30am the only time slot given... and i was hungry... cos it was way too early to eat anything heavy i had only milo... hence suffered in the cinema... oh oh oh yea... the guy in robes going around killing people or something and punished himself by slashing into his own skin using the rope... well he's cute... yeah that's it... i know i go round giving a whole lot of details and in the end it meant nothing... but yea... my point is he's cute... despite the fact that he looked somewhat crazy and that his face is white with his really goldish white hair and blue/grey eyes... he's cute... adorable actually... so anyways... about the movie... it's interesting although i am rather confused at most times... but the suspense is good... i should get the book to understand it more... then again... not sure if i can bring myself to finish it since u know what sort of books i read... hmmm...

had lunch at TV Cafe yet another hongkie style cafe food... shopped - got nothing... supper with gene... back home... ranted cos i have no freaking astro... cannot watch footie... and it was england's match going on... CAN U BELIEVE IT??? WHAT THE HECK WAS I DOING ONLINE WHEN A FOOTIE MATCH IS GOING ON???

another asian team gone... *booo hooo hooo* sigh... was watching the first half match... and couldn't take it further for the second half... i again conked out on the couch...

sigh... bugger switzerland... i am never ever gonna step into that country if i were to visit a european nation... humph (unless i've forgotten bout this in the coming years ahead) meanwhile i shall go nap to replenish the past few sleepness nights...

italy... my hopes are all on ya!!!~ keep me going on for worldcup!!!~

Lunching at Marche*

today... woke up darn darn late due to last night's japan - brazil match... almost half the day was gone... appointment with miche and the rest cos' bon's starting her job on the 3rd july while jo's leaving to brunei on the 2nd... *boooooo* everyone's leaving me liau... and i'll be back to my four walled bedroom facing the black box... sien...

so anyways... initial place to have late lunch was at THE SHIP... but the employee mentioned some stuff which pissed miche off AND it also sorta smelt weird in there... we no decisions then... ended up at the Curve... Marche instead... so hmmm... the usual food was ordered... what was new were...

quiche... oh i'm sooo loving it...

tiramisu... wasn't as good as Bakerzin cos' there were no liquor involved... however... it was creamy... nevertheless wasn't as good cos' it tasted more like sponge cake in between layers rather than the mascarpone... still again... it could win Secret Recipe's tiramisu anytime

fruit cake... so so not too bad... but wasn't anything to shout about

i'm comfirmed growing sideways liau... oh goooosssssshhh... this has gotta STOP... someone please stop me!!!~

two matches in a row for the day!!!~ waaaah syiok... tiring though but syiok... watched the first match at SOULed OUT with yoong's mates... the ambience was GREAT man!!!~ all the supporters were italian fans... ohhh i love it love it love it!!!~ ITALY RAWKS BIG TIME!!!~ totti... is goo gooo gaa gaaa-licious *cloud nine*

what's footie without a beer, a big big screen and a large crowd... large crowd pic was not taken hehe

and then during the 1st half break... they had this dance with their staff holding poms poms shaking their bootys over the song hips don't lie'... aahh so cute can?!~

flags flags and more flags... it gives out the semangat spirit of footie!!!~ *weeeeeeeeeeet*

after the first match where Italy claimed its victory... we headed to ming tien for the next match at 3... waited for charles (my super duper football kaki) who konon-nya say arrive by 1am... manatau arrived late... kena denda belanja supper... but what's supper lah when u win a generous sum??? hehe... darn it i should've just chip in 10% at every of his bets or follow his every bets... if i did by now i would've collected quite a sum... no need for a part time job anymore... so susah... worked so hard... and only get paid after a month or two...

it rained heavily during the night... and the projector screen was shut... so we stayed under the shades to watch on the tiny tv screens... but it was showing the australia - usa match instead... not wasting much time... we headed to another spot... landed at Kayu... which has plasma tv and most importantly screening the brazil match (thank gawd) gotten the front seats... so yeah... we watched the entire match there... was so darn happy with japan's first goal... was the only one supporting them... kinda shy lah... cos hor... i was happily cheering there while others were on the brazil side... so i'm abit like the outcast... however... brazil defeated them with 4 goals in the end... boo brazil~

good job though!!!~ japan did worked hard... and Kawaguchi san... watashiwa suki des!!!~ he's HOT STUFF man...

i'm sooooo tireeeeedddddddd... due to last night's football match... i intended to wake up late today... totally forgotten bout my outing with mfoong... early 10.28am my phone beeps with incoming sms... only to realise that... she'll be arriving at 11 to 11.30am to pick me up... how can how can??? i take approximately an hour or more to dress up and all made to go out... so uh huh... i rushed and all... she arrived at noon

dropped by awhile to collect her medic book at Kamal's located somewhere in KL... arrived sg. wang approximately late 1pm... was darn hungry then... off we go to 'Hot Mama'... our initial makan place last week which we couldn't make it... so here it is...

did not order main dish for ourselves... instead we ordered small platters to share out... which lucky we did so cos' it was darn filling

Dinner at MS. READ*

yummy fulfilling dinner at MS. READ... with my babes... mfoong will be flying back on the 30th so we had a mini makan feast today... although... there will be a drinking session on monday... woooo hoooooooooooooooo drink till u drop!!!~ yuuuuuuum jau... wooot wooot

didn't get to hang there for long cos we had our dinner around 9-ish... and about 10-ish was their closing time... boooo no dessert... i was looking forward to it... but did not manage to have one... so... let's not dwell and move on... here's how MS READ looked like and what we had makan...

it's interior... so cozy cushiony... a real nice place to sit down... hang out... relax chit chat and do some catching up with old mates...

what i had was... hot melting pot with marshmallows (chocolate drink) and lambshank pie

bea had... tenderloin steak... or something to that of...

mfoong had... smoked salmon sandwich

jin had... mushroom mascarpone... spaghetti

they had drinks too... but didn't manage to snap any cos' i was busy snapping the perfect angle of the main course AND that fussy mfoong made me snap tens and thousands of repetitive pics... oh well... she's the mighty queen of the night mah... no choice... the dinner was for her... overall the food's great... the ambience was cozy + comfy... too bad couldn't get a taste of their dessert... will be some other time... will be =) i'm a happy person today!!!~

i want cute macho japanese guys who can drift with their cars!!!~

okay so i may be a little too taken away by the movie Tokyo Drift but heck let me be let me be... the movie's great... i don't know... some reviews might have said it wasn't as good as it seems to be... or the previous 2 movies was way better... then again... for a person who has never watched the first two movies... this seems to be the best flick so far...

so yes... i'm into cars... yes... i'm into japanese guys... yes i'm into drfiting... anyone want to give me lessons on it??? requirements: japanese male, age between 22 - 27 of years, physically fit; v-shape body, broad shoulders, 4-6 packs, tall, tan, crew cut hair, takuya kimura/takashi sorimachi look-alike

anyone who has the above requirements give me a mail!!!~

on a lighter note... went out with my ex-school/classmate today... it has been... hmmm... almost more than half a year since the last outing... still the same... and was expecting some awkwardness but there weren't... see how things could turn out to be??? so stop ponding too much... or overanalyzing... it'll make u wrinkly and grey/white hairs will start forming...

germany match today!!!~ hip hip hooray!!!~ though already knew they'll be in for the second round... japan... italy... gambatte kudasai for the next match!!!~
