that was what i had for lunch!!!~ okay i know the rice is blue, looked kinda odd but man it tasted good... it's like no oil and the dishes that comes with it are like... fresh and raw... they had taugehs... raw taugehs... fresh chili padi, fresh four angle beans sliced in thin, a few keropoks... and some shreded stuffs... don't know what it is... couldn't tell... and it had beef... mind you the beef is not raw but it is not dipped in red chillied rendang sauce... the combination's pretty dry... no oil no sauce... but it tasted gooOOOOOOooooooood... it has the fresh raw taste in it... and the rice... it's not like any other nasi lemak or normal white rice texture... it's biji by biji so it's real hmmm how to i put it?? nevermind forget it... not easy to get a delicious one in KL... dad had to order it through his friend who got it from someone... the guy who cooks this is from kelantan... so this dish is a true kelantan-ish cuisine... nyam nyam... oh and why was the rice blue? it wasn't food colouring that they use... it was some kinda flower they had mixed it in with the rice to make it blue...
sorry bout the recent oncoming post mainly on food stuffs... i can't help it... it's the assignment periods again... it always got me eating... this is real bad for my weight... last night...around 1 in the morning... i felt like eating (but i didn't... i controlled i shall tahan i shall sabar)... although i wasn't hungry at all... why har why?
by the way... the rice above is called nasi kerabu... just so u know =)
