happy 2006!!!~ ahhh... the smell of fresh air on the first day of the year... it smelt uniquely refreshing... ever wonder how different the air smells like at every beginning of a fresh new year? ever wonder how warm u feel from the first morning heat of the sun at every beginning of a fresh new year? every wonder how much fluffier the white clouds are at every beginning of a fresh new year? what was ur feeling on the first day of a fresh new year??? all those was how i felt at every beginning of a year... new year-new beginning-a fresh new start... these can only be felt on the first day of a fresh new year... it somehow feels different... difficult to describe... it just felt unique... driving early in the morning where fewer cars on the road... cool brisk of fresh air... the warmth i felt from the heat of morning sun... cotton white fluffy clouds... i love new years... everything seems so refreshing... so anyways... had new year's eve dinner at 'marche' a term for market in french... a really cool place to go to makan kau kau... it's big enough for large/small groups of ppl... this is how it looks like in there (pics of the market stolen from yoongrilla's) 1st stop is the fruit stall... sells fresh fruits to take away or blend fruit juices  then its the pastea & grilling section- grill steak/lamb/fish... basically the concept's like a market area so it's kinda difficult to tell u the placing of each stalls...  roast beef  my fav' section - mouth watering pastries *nyam nyam nyam*  'rosti' potato  asian counter... forgot what they have there  there are more of other stalls in there... only managed to snap a few then of cos' a few pics on what my goodself had a must have must try everything can forgo but this - mushroom soup with soft bun (which by the way both are charged separately... can u believe it? so ku-hon bun also need to charge for a dollar)... it was sooooooo soooo good man if u love mushroom try this... they have sauteed mushroom too... but my pocket restricted me so i had to go without it  sausages... each is RM8.50 okay... can u believe it? i can't too... i don't know what has gotten into me to try that  shared beef supreme pizza and fries...  and finally for my dessert i had this mango wrap in creme wrap or err i don't know what it is called... RM6.50 but it was darn good i tell ya... darn good... wanted to try their tiramisu but again pocket restricted   so that was what i had and i alone burnt a hole in my pocket costing 30+bux... im officially broke at the moment till chinese new year... but it was worth it lah... something different to start a new year... laaa dee dummm and signing off with me and my 'marche' passport  wanted to post pics of the fireworks but too lazy and it's not that beautiful in my snaps... so Happy New Year everyone... may you guys and i have a fantabulous year ahead!!~ good year great health excellent exam results and oncoming wealth big *HHHHhhuuuuUuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuUUUUuuuuggggGGGGggggggggzzzZZ* Labels: Random blahs?, ShoutOuts mun [
